First Day of Autumn, First Day of Blogging

Welcome to Foodnook!

Coincidentally, my first day of blogging is the first day of fall and I’m celebrating both of them!

First off, I love to experiment with new foods and recipes, try new (and sometimes weird things), and eat. Honestly, that’s probably one of the main reasons I love to cook and bake is because I love to eat. yum!

But fitness and living healthily has become really important to me too. As a college student, exercising has become such an enjoyable activity and way of escaping stress.  I started running seriously about a year ago (more on my previous experience later) and completed my first 5k last fall. Exercise classes are also some of my favorite ways to mix it up and stay committed. My goal is to share my experiences in working out both the good and the bad to continue to motivate myself.

Also, I just want to share all the lovely random thoughts and ideas with you (because food and fitness isn’t all there is to me 😉 ).
