Halfway

Today is the 15th. Pretty much the middle of October right?

I have had 15 grilled cheeses. Some have been very creative. Others have been just plain old cheese and bread. But all have counted toward the Grilled Cheese Challenge.

I’ve had Gouda, Jarlsberg, Muenster, Mozzarella. Added tomato, kale, garlic, broccoli, apples or nothing at all. A full sandwich, half of one, or an open faced. It doesn’t matter because all the elements are there.

And I haven’t gotten sick of grilled cheese yet. It’s actually kinda nice (but sometimes annoying) to have my lunch planned out. Yes, I could make one for dinner but I’m more of a grilled cheese for lunch kinda girl. 🙂

It’s kind of nice to have a goal even it’s a silly one. As for my roommates, Crafty Roommate is a full Grilled Cheese Challenge Participant. Snazzy Roommate is a casual observer and I even caught Musical Roommate making one the other day.

Do you have any goals that you’re working on accomplishing?
