Somehow 3 out of 4 of the dinners I’ve had since Monday have included squash. This wasn’t even on purpose. Total ingredient accident.
I guess I just love it so much I didn’t even notice

Wednesday: Tomato, mushroom, and squash pasta (Starting to carb load)
I still have more than half of my bag of squash from Trader Joe’s left but am totally okay with that. Next week will just have to be squashy too. 🙂

I’m getting really excited and later, we’re making the journey to my aunt’s house. Saturday will be an early morning but hopefully worth it. I can’t wait to run and then eat lots of chocolate. Let’s hope my stomach can handle it!
