A Worthy Breakfast

I’ll probably be referencing Australia for the rest of my life so if that’s an issue you should just stop reading now.

Just kidding.

But really, I will talk about it though try and rein it in a little. And it’ll get better with time. I haven’t even back a full week yet so bear with me.

I had a lot of delicious food while abroad but the most delicious breakfast food I discovered was crumpets. I’d seen them in the grocery store (just a couple lonely packages) and had heard the phrase “tea and crumpets” but didn’t know what they were/how they tasted.

Well, while being all adventurous down under, I discovered this secret little “English muffin on top, pancake on the bottom” treat. Believe me, it’s a delicious breakfast that is good with anything but to die for with butter and honey drizzled on top.

Once at home, I knew I was going to try and snatch some up and luckily Trader Joe’s carries them. That was today’s breakfast and good enough to bring me back.

I also added a few twists from Sugar Chocolate Coffee grinder I also got at food heaven Trader Joe’s and indulged a little more.
