Last weekend I made this recipe using chickpeas and mini chocolate chips.
It was gone within minutes (okay a day but it might as well have been). We deemed it ‘healthy’.
From our family dinner a couple weeks ago, we had lots of tortillas left over. I proceed to use them as a cheesy spinach quesadilla lunch.
Hummus and cheese snack.

When making cheesy versions, I used the cheese grater I got for Christmas. It has lines for serving sizes…too cute!
I also made this coconut cake. I added chocolate chips, and it was delicious and simple!
