Family Dinner- Breakfast!

Breakfast for dinner is always such a treat. You get to eat the favorite things you often don’t have time to make in the morning (if it’s a weekday) as a relaxed evening meal.

Plus it’s simple and easy and inexpensive. Score!

We made a whole box of waffle mix.  And ate 3/4 of the waffles it made……

Oops.

But the leftovers made some pretty tasty toaster waffles for later.

The bacon disappeared quickly and the fruit salad of fruit cocktail, bananas and apples was a perfect addition. Something about bananas in fruit salad makes me leap for joy. But that’s another story.

Have breakfast for dinner sometime. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.
