I’m Kristina and a college student who loves food, eating, fitness, and variety of other fun things! I have a combined love of food and fitness and trying to balance it all into my busy life. This blog is my way of documenting my experiences and adventures in navigating healthy living on my own and trying out new things.
I am always willing to try new foods and recipes and new exercise activities. I have a deep weakness for chocolate chips and marshmallows as well as anything else I’m craving at the moment.
I used to run a lot, but have recently moved into more circuit style workouts. I’m also practicing Pilates and yoga occasionally and love trying new workouts of all kinds.
My life is all about trying to figure out balance. Balancing healthy foods with my favorite treats (which sometimes are both- yippee!), balancing school and work with fun, and balancing exercise with plenty of relaxation.
