I hope you had a wonderful weekend, I certainly did. However, I did manage to pick up a little cold that’s leaving me a little sleepy so it’s a short post.
I promised by pumpkin hummus recipe last week
, so here it is!
I used this recipe with a few adaptations and it tastes great with pretzels, pita chips (both plain and cinnamon sugar) and even carrots though it’s slightly different (or I”m just really odd).

1 can chickpeas
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 T olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 t ground cinnamon
1 t ginger
a splash of maple syrup
Combine all in a blender/food processor and enjoy!
